Organised for the next 26-27 October from the European Association of Cancer Research the “AI in Cancer Diagnostics: from research to clinical practice” virtual event

During the conference, the current state-of-the-art of AI systems and the challenges facing their routine implementation will be addressed including methodological aspects, incorporation into clinical workflows with particular reference to the role of blockchain technology, utilisation of AI for screening in population studies and for risk prediction. In addition, the exploitation of AI for data-driven processes such as radiomics and digital pathology will be discussed. An interactive session will highlight and explore the ethical dilemmas surrounding the use of AI in diagnostics.

This EACR event will bring together computational scientists, cancer researchers and clinicians, both senior and young investigators, that want to have a broad and detailed overview of the most recent advances in the field of AI in cancer diagnostics.
